No Refunds or Exchanges Policy
At Dough-licious Cookies, we take pride in baking fresh, high-quality cookies daily. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, including for in-store purchases, online orders, or catering/event bookings.
Online Orders & Shipping
Please double-check your order details (such as delivery address, item selection, and payment information) before submitting. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at DoughliciousCookies55@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.
In-Store Purchases
Once a product has been purchased in-store, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any concerns at the time of purchase, please speak with a team member before completing your transaction.
Catering & Event Orders
Catering orders require advance planning and preparation. Therefore, all catering deposits and final payments are non-refundable. Changes to catering orders must be requested at least 72 hours in advance, and we will accommodate them if possible.
